Jobot is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer in Washington, DC with remote-flexibility to lead the engineering organization building our AI Engagement Agent, a strategic product initiative.

You will champion servant leadership, scale SaaS platforms, mentor Engineering Managers, shape architecture, and partner with Product and Design to deliver high-impact software while reducing friction for frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in SaaS product environments.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and mentor managers.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering org building AI-powered engagement platform.
• Own the engineering roadmap and delivery of high-impact software.
• Participate in architecture reviews across real-time voice and messaging.
• Improve agile practices, CI/CD, and reduce technical debt.
• Manage team capacity and resource allocation.
