Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through onboarding and implementation of Outreach’s AI-powered platform. You will work with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Education, Support, Product and Engineering to drive adoption and ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in professional services, a track record as a trusted advisor, and a proactive, AI-forward mindset. Remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building trust and managing client relationships.
• Experience adopting and using AI tools to improve outcomes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver implementations on time and meet milestones.
• Own delivery of Outreach AI Agents from configuration to adoption.
• Demonstrate project management excellence including budget and risk management.
• Drive platform adoption during and after go-live.
• Support existing customers with additional services and optimizations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and connect to scope projects.
• Document and manage customer information to enable seamless handoffs.
• Own post-launch handoff to Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to capture feedback.
