Job summary

Outreach, a leading SaaS platform for revenue teams, seeks a senior technical consultant to extend AI Agents for customers. You will configure AI features, design prompts, and guide customer success through best practices while deepening adoption across complex accounts.

You will work remotely from India, engaging with US-based hours and collaborating with Sales and Success teams to drive outcomes and renewals.

Qualifications

6-8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a mid-to-large business, ideally SaaS.
Proven ability to influence AI and technology adoption inside customer organizations.
Experience with prompt engineering and applying generative AI to real sales workflows.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and tune AI Agents beyond initial implementation to expand automation and drive credit consumption.
Design and manage context-aware prompts for each customer
Be the subject matter expert on Outreach's AI Agents and embed them into workflows
Apply and refine playbooks, prompt libraries, and frameworks for scalable delivery
Manage configuration for onboarded customers and troubleshoot solutions in real time
Train client admins and keep them current on platform use and features
Surface value and risk as trusted advisor to prevent churn
Partner with GTM teams on expansion and renewal needs and share health insights
Stay current on Generative AI developments relevant to Outreach's Agents
Track KPIs and mentor peers to share knowledge
