Outreach is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through onboarding and implementations of our AI Agent platform. You will collaborate across Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Education, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure adoption and successful handoffs.

You bring 5+ years in professional services or SaaS consulting, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor, strong project management, change management, and a proactive AI mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation.
• Experience as a trusted advisor and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Proactive AI adoption and ability to apply AI tools to client conversations.
• Bonus: hands-on experience configuring AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Strong project management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver on-time implementations, meet milestones, and manage scope.
• Lead delivery of Outreach's AI Agents from configuration to adoption.
• Maintain documentation and ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and scope with clients.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to capture feedback.
