Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning or related analytics roles.
• Experience forecasting demand, supply, and capacity; builds gap-closing strategies.
• Skilled in financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, BI tools; able to handle large datasets.
• Strong communication to present to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range demand forecasting and capacity gap analysis.
• Develop build/buy/borrow/automate levers and AI-driven workforce plans.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights for executives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Design AI-enabled workforce tools and dashboards.
• Create executive-level presentations and regular reviews.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly workforce reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce planning processes.
• Advise on AI use and governance in workforce strategy.
