T-Mobile seeks a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to translate enterprise strategy into multi-year workforce plans using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools. You’ll guide talent demand, analyze skill gaps, and influence senior leaders across HR, Finance, and business teams.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with base salary ranges across multiple US locations, and a focus on building scalable workforce products and executive-level storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/statistics/data science or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning, headcount planning, organizational design, or people analytics.
• 7+ years framing complex problems and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• 7+ years developing financial models and performing financial/operating analysis.
• 2+ years managing projects independently and building consensus.
• Knowledge of SWP methodologies: demand, supply, gap analysis, and build/buy/borrow/automate.
• Ability to frame problems and present to senior leaders with strategic rationale.
• Proficiency with large datasets; SQL, Python, BI/visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead long-range strategic workforce planning, demand forecasting, and gap analysis.
• Develop gap-closing strategies across build, buy, borrow, and automate levers.
• Lead analysis, model workforce scenarios, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Use AI tools to conduct deep research, benchmarking, and planning with sound judgment.
• Foster partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders to align workforce needs.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled workforce products and dashboards for leadership.
• Create executive presentations and deliver monthly/quarterly reviews of progress.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and data governance.
