Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager to partner with the CIO and P&E leadership. You will shape strategic initiatives, lead the development of AI agent automation, and drive executive-level communications across the Chief of Staff function.

The role requires exceptional business acumen, discretion, urgency, and strong project management, with hands-on AI tool experience. On-site work in Bellevue, WA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• 7-10+ years progressive experience in corporate strategy/strategic roles (preferred).
• Foundational experience (0-2+ years) supporting an enterprise-level senior executive (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive the P&E rhythm of business and strategic agenda, shaping agendas for leadership forums.
• Design, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate recurring analytical and coordination workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, Consumer, Marketing, and Network teams across planning cycles.
• Deliver on special projects tied to P&E priorities and surface insights for executive briefings.
• Prepare high-impact strategic materials including Board materials and executive documents.
• Act as proxy for Chief of Staff, driving priorities and responsible AI adoption.
