Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across talent functions, including strategy, planning, and talent intelligence. You will design workforce solutions, leverage Generative AI and LLMs, and partner with clients to build skills-driven organizations.

The role emphasizes shaping workforce readiness, driving change, supporting business development, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience across Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Financial Services (Insurance or Banking) industry.
Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies across AI-enabled needs, redesigning work, roles, and talent models.
Design innovative workforce solutions for hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention with AI integration.
Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis, planning, and executive recommendations.
Shape SBO strategies and operating models; work with platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
