• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for C-suite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and bespoke architectures with PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Own onboarding, adoption, health, risk and expansion strategies with Account Executives.
• Conduct QBRs translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
