Job summary

Cloudflare is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer for a remote, full-time position in the United States. You will partner with account executives to drive technical validation, deliver tailored architectures, and showcase Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platform offerings to customers.

You will continue to own the customer journey well beyond initial agreements, ensuring adoption, value realization, and expansion while using AI-assisted tools to reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and demonstrate Cloudflare solutions (security, networking, developer platforms).
• Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer health as the primary engineering contact.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account expansion with quarterly business reviews for executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
