• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota‑carrying or revenue‑aligned roles and understanding SaaS metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and C‑suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Oversee onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy for assigned customers.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and ongoing account growth; drive QBRs with executives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on value realization.
