Job summary

Ceros is seeking a Sr. SDR to drive outbound prospecting across US-based target accounts. You will blend grit, creativity, and AI-powered tools to build pipeline at scale with autonomy to pursue opportunities.

Collaborate with New Business Directors, spend 3+ hours daily on calls, and shape the future of an AI-forward sales engine while advancing toward Sales or Customer Success roles within 12–24 months. This is a remote-first role with strong comp potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound SDR/sales experience with a proven track record
• Ability to spend 3+ hours a day on the phone
• Strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales
• Ability to write strategic emails to C-suite and VP level executives
• Willingness to collaborate across the sales team and build the future of the AI-forward sales engine
• Startup mindset and comfort with changing environments

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation & acceleration using AI for high-velocity prospecting
• Cold calling 3–4 hours daily to source meetings for the New Business Director
• AI orchestration across multiple platforms and tools
• Agent management: deploy, monitor and audit AI agents for brand-aligned outputs
• Generate qualified outbound meetings via phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Maintain CRM cleanliness and data integrity in HubSpot
