Synera, a fast‑growing AI‑powered engineering platform, is expanding its US sales team with a Sales Development Representative in the US. You will be the first voice to future customers—C‑level deciders, engineering leaders, and innovation teams—turning curiosity into conversations and opportunities.

You will own outbound outreach, build pipelines, qualify leads, and partner with Marketing to sharpen messaging. This role rewards resilience, a growth mindset, and a passion for complex tech.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound activities in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota across multiple quarters.
• Ability to pitch complex technical solutions (AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Pipeline building: qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executive team.
• Proactively engage senior leaders via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Shape targeted outbound campaigns with Marketing to optimize messaging.
• Tell compelling stories to highlight Synera’s AI solutions and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze outreach performance and continuously improve the SDR playbook.
