Job summary

Ansarada is seeking a results-driven SDR to own the top of the funnel for our Deals product in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will leverage AI to build targeted prospect lists, craft outreach, and research accounts before conversations, partnering with AEs, Marketing, and Digital Growth to accelerate pipeline.

You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and continuously refine sequences and prompts to improve conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a strong interest in building a career in tech sales.
• Daily use of AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and prep.
• Ability to identify high-potential accounts and move them through the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect across email, phone, social, and live chat to engage and qualify new opportunities.
• Run outbound campaigns and convert engaged leads with AI-assisted research and personalisation.
• Deliver high-quality, well-qualified opportunities to the AE team.
• Build awareness and relationships within focus accounts to drive education ahead of buying decisions.
• Join in-person meetings with key accounts to support relationship-building and revenue growth.
• Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline data, and keep records current.
