Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Business Systems, or related roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Deep understanding of B2B seller workflows, sales processes, and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience across GTM technology ecosystem, including CRM, sales engagement, forecasting, revenue orchestration, enablement, data, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, agents, and automation, with ability to rapidly prototype solutions, test assumptions, and solve business problems.
• Conceptual and practical understanding of how modern tools connect via APIs, data flows, and ‘headless’ architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the RevOps technology roadmap, aligning strategy with scalable execution.
• Identify where the stack needs to scale, simplify, or modernize using AI & automation.
• Prototype solutions, test assumptions, and solve business problems across GTM ops.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evaluate options and drive enterprise alignment.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery to secure implementation.
