Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs within the Technology Excellence & Resilience organization. You will coordinate stakeholders across teams, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery from concept to outcome while driving AI-powered workflows and automation across Jira, GitLab, and infrastructure.

The role blends hands-on program leadership with building AI-enabled solutions to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Green Card status.
• 12+ years driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs in fast-moving, high-scale environments.
• Executive-level influence with VPs and senior engineering leaders.
• Autonomy in ambiguity and decision-making without waiting for direction.
• End-to-end quarterly and annual planning experience for an engineering org.
• Experience applying AI tooling to improve workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end from concept through delivery.
• Align roadmaps across TER and partner engineering organizations and leadership.
• Lead TER's quarterly and annual strategic planning processes.
• Navigate roadmap conflicts and build consensus among senior leaders.
• Provide executive updates on program health, risks, and decisions.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate risks before blockers.
• Mentor junior program managers and improve cross-team accountability.
• Build AI-powered workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Deploy AI agents across Jira, GitLab, monitoring, and infra systems.
• Automate routine work to enable strategic planning and leadership time.
• Drive AI adoption and establish repeatable patterns across CrowdStrike engineering.
