Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Program Manager III in the Technology Excellence & Resilience (TER) org. You will own complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and drive milestones while enabling AI-powered tooling and automated insights.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days on-site at posted locations and requires US citizenship or GC. You will coordinate with engineering managers and cross-functional teams, surfacing risks early and delivering clear updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
• Ability to influence across boundaries and align with enterprise strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Hands-on AI development with Claude/GitHub Copilot and Python/Go scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, cross-functional engineering programs across TER and the broader org.
• Build AI-powered tooling, dashboards, and automation to surface health and risks.
