Job summary

CrowdStrike hires an Operations Program Manager to lead large-scale sensor platform engineering initiatives with AI-enhanced workflows. You will partner with platform and cloud engineering teams across geographies, driving schedules, dependencies and outcomes while building intelligent automation to surface insights and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management across dispersed portfolios and enterprise strategy.
• Ability to translate complex technical conversations into actionable items and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform and cloud engineering teams to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Demonstrate fluency in architecture, cloud infrastructure, and build systems to align with objectives.
• Drive operational decision-making and resolve architectural dependencies and trade-offs.
• Create and manage operation schedules for sensor foundations activities across geographies.
• Coordinate with global business units to align goals and deliverables for sensor infrastructure programs.
• Track status and ensure schedules, priorities, and milestones are met for releases and scaling.
• Escalate critical infrastructure issues and manage risks across portfolios.
• Provide regular updates and reports on complex sensor platform activities.
• Support distributed teams with framework governance and cross-functional accountability.
