Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Excellence & Resilience (TER) organization to own and drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs spanning multiple teams and geographies.

You will mobilize stakeholders, manage dependencies, and partner with engineering managers, technical leads, and global teams to surface issues early and drive programs to resolution with quality and urgency.

Qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card holder status.
• 12+ years driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs in fast-moving environments.
• Executive-level influence with VPs and senior leaders.
• Autonomous, decisive leadership in ambiguity.
• Ownership of quarterly/annual planning for an engineering org.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Align roadmaps across TER and partner engineering organizations; plan dependencies and commitments.
• Lead TER's quarterly and annual strategic planning; document priorities and staffing.
• Act as a neutral party to resolve roadmap conflicts and align leadership.
• Provide executive-level updates on program health, risks, and decisions needed.
• Mentor junior program managers and reduce friction in planning and delivery.
• Build AI-powered workflows and dashboards to improve portfolio visibility.
