Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Program Manager III to lead large-scale sensor platform engineering initiatives and AI-enhanced workflows. You will manage cross-geo teams, drive project delivery, and partner with platform and cloud engineering groups to advance our AI-powered security platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Strong organizational awareness with ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform, cloud, and sensor teams to drive project initiatives and provide executive updates.
• Develop and track delivery schedules for sensor platform initiatives across global teams.
• Facilitate architectural discussions and resolve infrastructure dependencies and build system optimizations.
• Create AI-powered dashboards and automate reporting for program visibility and risk management.
• Coach distributed teams and foster collaboration across divisions and time zones.
