Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant – Planning to join our Planning Presales team. You will lead discovery with CFOs and finance leaders, design impactful demonstrations, and articulate how Workday Adaptive Planning and the broader Workday platform transform FP&A, workforce, and operational planning.

You will demonstrate storytelling, executive presence, and a strong bias toward energy and innovation, with a focus on AI in modern planning and finance.

Formación

• Presales experience in planning, forecasting, or analytics with large enterprises.
• Ability to present to VP/C-level finance leaders and lead discovery.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Strong storytelling and demo delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive discovery and strategy with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Design demos for large, complex DI enterprises across FP&A and planning.
• Tell a value story linking outcomes to Workday planning and AI.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape opportunity strategy and demos.
• Deliver high-impact demonstrations and engage with questions.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
