Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant – Planning in the North America Presales team to translate complex business problems into compelling value stories for CFOs and finance leaders.

You’ll guide customers through Workday Adaptive Planning and the broader Workday platform, leading discovery, designing strategy, and delivering high‑impact demonstrations that showcase AI-enhanced planning capabilities. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualificações

• Significant presales, consulting, or finance experience focused on planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and present to executive audiences (VP/C-level), especially in Finance.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools in FP&A, workforce, and/or operational planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive discovery and strategy with CFOs and finance leaders to understand business models and priorities.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations for large DI enterprises showing value across FP&A and planning domains.
• Tell strong value stories connecting business outcomes to Workday planning and AI capabilities and drive deal strategy.
