Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant – Planning to join our Planning Presales team, supporting large enterprise diversified industries (DI) customers. You will be a planning subject matter expert credible with CFOs and finance leadership, translating complex business problems into compelling value, and solution stories.

You will use your knowledge of planning, forecasting, and analytics to guide customers across FP&A, workforce and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Significant presales, consulting, or finance experience focused on planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Ability to engage and present to executive audiences (VP/C-level) in Finance.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery and strategy with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Design and deliver demonstrations for large DI enterprises across FP&A and planning.
• Tell a compelling value story linking business outcomes to Workday planning and AI.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape opportunity strategy and closing plans.
• Mentor peers on demo best practices and planning trends.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners.
