Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer, Outbound, to architect AI‑driven outbound automation for SDRs and AEs.

You will own the outbound stack and coach teams to accelerate pipeline and win rates. You will integrate tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo, build AI agents, and implement guardrails for responsible automated outreach while delivering measurable gains in pipeline and cycle time.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in GTM, revenue ops, or sales engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents for outbound or workflow automation.
• Fluency with outbound tech stack and data movement through tools.
• Strong prompt architecture and integration capabilities.
• Coding ability in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for lightweight tools.

Responsibilities

• Automate prospecting by building agents that research accounts and draft outreach at scale.
• Design sequencing workflows to optimize send times and cadence steps.
• Mine call recordings and CRM activity for deal signals and next actions.
• Own outbound stack integrations (Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo).
• Build automations to flag stale data and forecast risk in pipelines.
• Create evaluation frameworks for outbound quality and AI performance.
• Coach SDRs/AEs and develop reusable templates and playbooks.
• Ship initial automations in months 1-3 and scale to full outbound layer by months 7-12.
