Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound revenue systems, design automated lead workflows, and integrate data, AI, and tools to scale client campaigns.

You’ll build Clay workflows, enrich data, define ICPs, and ship end-to-end outbound architectures. This remote role requires strong TS skills, English fluency, and a love for systems thinking that drives measurable growth for B2B clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building outbound or revenue systems in a B2B context.
• You are a Clay power user with complex workflows, AI columns, waterfalls, and custom API integrations.
• Think in systems, automate manual processes, and prefer scalable solutions over one-off tasks.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and can write a small Python or JS snippet.
• Have a commercial mindset and understand ICPs, message effectiveness, and outbound performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to campaign launch and CRM sync.
• Build advanced Clay workflows including enrichment waterfalls and AI-driven features.
• Design signal-based triggers (job changes, funding rounds, etc.) and integrate via tools.
• Create multi-channel automation with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier linking data sources and CRM.
• Use AI to generate hyper-personalised outreach at scale and iterate workflows.
