Boulevard Labs, Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale automation across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and Outreach. You will design AI-powered enrichment and GPT-driven outbound workflows to boost seller efficiency and pipeline performance.

This role emphasizes hands-on systems work, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time data integrity. You will own monitoring, governance, and rollout of new workflows with a focus on measurable SDR productivity gains and scalable

Qualifications

3–5 years of GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or technical automation in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

Own automation workflow architecture across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, Outreach.
Design and operationalize AI-driven enrichment workflows in Clay.
Define GPT-driven outbound personalization frameworks to improve demos per rep.
Maintain integrations across GTM systems for real-time data flow and scalability.
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to improve routing and enrichment standards.
Leverage Gong transcripts to automate call insights into Salesforce for better handoffs.
