Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Growth, GTM Ops professional to design and scale AI-first GTM systems in a lean B2B SaaS environment in New York. You will build automation, contribute to outbound motions, and partner with Sales to optimize targeting and messaging.

You will work hands-on with GTM tools like n8n, Clay, and Salesforce, iterating end-to-end from discovery to adoption, translating field feedback into repeatable plays that boost pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Automation in a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of Sales & Outbound tactics
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools (n8n, Clay, Salesforce)
• Experience using LLMs and AI workflows, including prompting, agents, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Builder mindset with ability to ship, iterate, and improve end-to-end systems
• Strong communication bridging technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to work in New York, US

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI-first GTM systems
• Build internal tools and AI agents for prospecting intelligence, expansion insights, deal intelligence, AE-to-CS handoffs, and GTM copilots
• Own GTM automation from discovery through adoption
• Measure, optimize, and scale automation impact on GTM efficiency, ROI, and pipeline influence
• Own automated outbound motions for the North American market
• Build, run, and optimize trigger-based outbound programs and micro-campaigns
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies
• Incorporate field feedback and roll successful plays into repeatable GTM programs
