Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer, Inbound, to design and ship automations that accelerate lead response, improve conversion, and automate the inbound funnel.

You will own the integration stack across marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, and CRM, and develop reusable templates and AI agents that scale with demand gen initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, measurable outcomes, and coaching of teams to operate and extend the systems you build.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth/GTM marketing, rev ops, or solutions engineering with automation/AI experience.
• Experience designing, building, deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Fluency in GTM stack data flows and owning integrations across systems.

Responsibilities

• Speed up lead response by building automations that route, score, and respond to inbound leads.
• Build inbound AI agents for chat, follow-up, and lead qualification at top of funnel.
