Job summary

SentinelOne seeks a Sr. GTM Engineer, Inbound, to build automation and AI-driven workflows that accelerate the inbound funnel. You will ship AI agents, routing, and lead-qualification tools, and coach marketers on AI adoption while delivering measurable improvements in cycle-time and conversion.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering and a senior IC contribution, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and cross-team collaboration across marketing, demand generation, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled GTM workflows in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on work building automation or AI into real GTM activities.
• Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics, including integrations.

Responsibilities

• Speed up inbound lead response and build routing, scoring, and auto-responses.
• Design and deploy AI agents for top-of-funnel activities and lead qualification.
• Personalize conversion paths with website personalization and content recommendations.
• Own the lead lifecycle stack with marketing automation, CDP, and CRM integration.
• Automate content processes and SEO operations at scale.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI systems and host a rollback path for safety.
