Sequen AI is seeking a GTM Engineer/BDR-focused professional to own outbound outreach at scale and design AI-driven sequences that move prospects from website signals to qualified conversations.

You will build, test, and optimize multi-channel plays across email, LinkedIn, and web, while maintaining the enrichment, sequencing, and data tooling stack. Collaboration with sales and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM Engineering experience or equivalent AI-driven growth work.
• Fluent with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong written outbound copy and data-driven approach to optimize pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

• Own outreach and audience development at scale for BDR motion.
• Build and optimize automated sequences across email, LinkedIn, and web.
• Set up and maintain tooling stack for enrichment, sequencing, data, and AI.
