Job summary

Cosuno is seeking a Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager. You will build the growth engine to turn new users into paying, retained customers, and move us toward AI-native signal-driven decisions that automate next steps.

You will shape how marketing operates at scale, align with Product, Sales and Customer Success, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven experimentation and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• CRM, lifecycle, retention or growth programs with measurable impact.
• Experience driving conversion, activation or retention metrics.
• Proven AI-driven automation experience, not just copywriting.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries independently.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, CS and Engineering.
• Experience with ActiveCampaign and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys from tender discovery to paid conversion.
• Develop a signal-driven system turning data into personalised next-best-action triggers.
• Experiment and measure with A/B tests and holdout groups for incremental impact.
• Scale proven approaches into repeatable systems, not one-off campaigns.
• Coordinate journeys with Sales and Customer Success, handing off when automation isn’t optimal.
• Orchestrate email, in-app, transactional comms and marketplace recommendations with Product.
• Support growth programmes such as referrals through CRM execution.
