Job summary

IONOS is seeking an early-career marketer in North America focused on retention and customer lifecycle. You’ll own existing-customer campaigns across online and agent channels, building retention, reactivation and churn-prevention programs to grow customer lifetime value.

You’ll analyze cohorts, NPS, and LTV, using AI to accelerate campaign design and measurement. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including Acquisition, Control Panel development, Customer Success, and central German teams.

Responsibilities

• Own existing-customer campaigns end-to-end across online and agent channels.
• Lead retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention initiatives.
• Perform cohort, lifecycle, and NPS analyses to identify LTV levers.
• Implement an AI-first workflow for segmentation, build, content and analysis.
• Collaborate with Acquisition, Control Panel development, Customer Success and central teams.
