Job summary

Aircall.io, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and in-app messaging strategies for prospects and customers. You will build nurture series, coordinate calendar governance, and align campaigns with pipeline and retention goals.

You will report to Product Marketing and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management. Experience with AI in lifecycle planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and nurture-series development.
• Proven ability to run A/B tests and translate results into actions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear writing and ability to influence Marketing, Sales, Product, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across email and in-app messaging for prospects and customers.
• Own the intake process and lifecycle calendar to avoid conflicts or duplicates.
• Align nurture and prospect campaigns with pipeline and retention goals.
• Develop briefs, audiences, targeting, and testing plans for each send.
• Collaborate with Designers to maintain an approved email template library.
• Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing.
• Set governance for email and in-app messaging and review checkpoints.
• Own the NPS program and Trustpilot strategy end-to-end; relay feedback to Product/CS.
• Set KPIs and use results to drive improvements.
