Qualifications

• 3–6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with ownership of conversion metrics.
• Experience in subscription or freemium‑to‑paid models.
• Hands-on with a marketing automation platform.
• Ability to read funnel data and translate into campaigns.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own churn/retention strategy for free users and at‑risk subscribers.
• Diagnose drivers of subscriber plateau using data sources and launch corrective campaigns.
• Design lifecycle flows to recover checkout drop‑offs (~80%).
• Own trial‑to‑paid journey and segmentation across journeys.
