IONOS seeks an early-career professional to own retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention programs across online and offline channels, driving CLTV growth in North America. You will analyze cohorts, NPS, and LTV to identify levers and build AI-enhanced campaigns with ownership from day one.

You’ll collaborate across Acquisition, ControlPanel development, Customer Success, and central German teams, with direct coaching from leadership.
