Job summary

Read AI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build the system that turns millions of new accounts into activated, retained, and expanding customers.

This role isn’t about email production. You’ll own the strategy, infrastructure, programs, experimentation, and measurement behind onboarding, activation, feature discovery, habit formation, monetization, renewal, and expansion. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data, CS, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive value at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing for a high-volume SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize the lifecycle platform and migrate priority journeys from legacy platform.
• Define events, profiles, accounts, plans, and usage data for segmentation and personalization with Eng/Data.
• Establish naming conventions, suppression rules, freq policies, approval workflows, and QA standards.
• Ensure deliverability and engagement at scale.
• Support localization and personalization globally.
