Job summary

IONOS is seeking a Retention & Lifecycle Manager (Marketing) to own our existing-customer programs, using cohorts and NPS to grow lifetime value in North America. This role emphasizes AI-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on building a repeatable lifecycle engine.

This early-career position offers ownership from day one, direct coaching from leadership, and the opportunity to work in Center City Philadelphia with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with cohort analysis, NPS, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
• Experience building and evaluating retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Willingness to work in Center City Philadelphia office at least 3X a week and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own existing-customer campaigns end-to-end from idea to readout.
• Drive retention, reactivation, and churn-prevention across online and offline channels.
• Perform cohort, lifecycle, and NPS analysis to identify LTV levers.
• Apply AI-first workflows to segment, build campaigns, and analyze results.
