Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Senior Manager, Retention and Lifecycle to own our lifecycle program end to end—from welcome messaging to winback campaigns—in a fully remote HQ environment.

You will lead 1:1 personalization across email, SMS, and direct mail, drive an always-on AI testing engine, and partner with data, ecomm, CX, and offshore teams to scale impact while maintaining a consumer-centric approach to retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in-house ownership of lifecycle, retention, or CRM for a consumer subscription brand.
• Experience with automated flows and one-off campaigns across email and SMS.
• Proven testing roadmap experience with holdouts and measured incremental impact.
• Hands-on experience with personalization or data enrichment tools; AI-enabled approaches.
• Experience leading offshore production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 1:1 personalization across email, SMS, direct mail and future channels.
• Manage end-to-end automated lifecycle flows from welcome to winback.
• Transition programs to an always-on AI-driven testing system.
• Oversee list growth and data enrichment for better targeting.
• Lead offshore production team to automate and QA processes.
