Job summary

HackerOne, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a strategic VP of Go-to-Market Operations to lead the transformation of our revenue engine. You will architect an AI-first operating model, connect data and strategy, and build a scalable GTM platform across multiple regions.

You will partner with Finance, Product, and Sales to design pricing, quotas, and enablement, while modernizing our revenue tech stack and driving predictive analytics for growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic and revenue operations, including 5+ years leading Global GTM Operations.
• Proven experience scaling GTM operations in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
• Experience modernizing revenue tech stacks and embedding AI/advanced analytics into GTM workflows.
• Domain knowledge in revenue operations, GTM strategy, marketing operations, and incentive design.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and IPO readiness.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and Board stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect an AI-native revenue operating model and scalable GTM framework.
• Lead transformation initiatives around revenue planning, pricing, process improvement and enablement.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership for long-range planning, quotas, territory design, and capacity modeling.
• Develop predictive revenue analytics and executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Own the GTM systems roadmap (CRM, analytics platforms, AI tooling) and modernization efforts.
• Drive readiness for product launches, pricing changes, and international expansion.
