Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer to modernize the revenue engine. You will design and scale Salesforce and GTM processes, architecting workflows and AI-enabled automations to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across opportunity creation, forecasting, quoting, and contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Sales Systems, GTM Systems, or related roles.
• Deep hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of downstream sales and revenue processes (opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, contracting, invoicing).
• Experience with CPQ or similar quoting systems and ability to collaborate with developers on configuration.
• Experience designing or supporting contract lifecycle processes (CLM, e-signature).
• Production experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations and governance of GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve complex Salesforce workflows supporting opportunity and pipeline management, forecasting, and quoting.
• Serve as a hands-on Salesforce expert, configuring fields, objects, flows, and approval processes; partner with developers for deeper Apex work.
• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to diagnose GTM challenges and redesign processes for scale.
• Understand and optimize the end-to-end revenue process from opportunity through invoicing.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Design and optimize CPQ and quoting workflows; contribute to contract lifecycle processes and e-signature integrations.
• Support data integrations across the revenue technology ecosystem and enable AI-enabled automations.
