Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer to modernize the revenue engine. You will design and scale Salesforce workflows, CPQ configurations, and AI-enabled automations across the GTM stack.

Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The role sits at the intersection of GTM process architecture, Salesforce administration, and data integrations, with a focus on governance and scalable design across

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Salesforce administration in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Experience building Salesforce Flows, fields, objects, and approvals.
• CPQ configuration experience and collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of CLM, e-signature platforms, and entitlement provisioning.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows and data integrations.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve Salesforce workflows for opportunity and pipeline management.
• Hands-on declarative configuration of fields, objects, flows, and approvals.
• Collaborate with developers on Apex or advanced CPQ when needed.
• Apply First Principles to diagnose GTM challenges and redesign processes.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue processes from quoting to invoicing.
• Design contract lifecycle workflows and CLM/e-signature integrations.
• Ensure data integrations across CRM, data platforms, and ERP or billing systems.
• Champion AI-enabled automations to scale GTM operations.
