Job summary

HackerOne seeks a strategic leader to redesign its AI-enabled revenue operating model and scale a data-driven GTM organization. You will drive transformation across planning, pricing, enablement, and governance, partnering with Finance, Product, and Sales to optimize revenue performance.

The role targets senior leaders with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity, delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic and revenue operations.
• 5+ years leading Global GTM Operations.
• Experience scaling GTM in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and incentive design.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-level and Board stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable AI-enabled GTM operating framework.
• Lead transformation initiatives around revenue planning, pricing, process improvement and enablement.
• Build global revenue dashboards connecting pipeline health, forecast, and retention.
• Own the GTM systems roadmap (CRM, analytics platforms, AI tooling).
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Sales to optimize pricing and packaging.
