Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer to design and scale revenue workflows. You will work hands-on in Salesforce, architect CPQ/quoting, and drive AI-enabled automations across our GTM tech stack.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and CS to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring data integrity and efficient processes from opportunity creation to invoicing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Systems or related roles in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce experience in complex B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of downstream sales and revenue processes (opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, contracting, invoicing).
• Experience with CPQ or similar quoting systems and data integrations.
• Experience designing/ supporting contract lifecycle processes (CLM, e-signature).
• Production experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve Salesforce workflows supporting opportunity, forecasting, territory, quoting, and approvals.
• Hands-on Salesforce expert: create/manage fields, objects, flows, validation, approvals; partner with developers for advanced config.
• Apply First Principles to diagnose GTM challenges and redesign processes for scale.
• Understand end-to-end revenue processes from opportunity through invoicing and renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, and CS to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Design CPQ and quoting workflows; explain trade-offs and optimize rules and discounts.
• Design contract lifecycle workflows with CLM/e-signature integrations (DocuSign or similar).
• Support data integrations across revenue tech stack (Salesforce, data lakehouse, Workday, ERP).
• Champion AI-first approach by identifying manual processes and deploying AI-enabled automations.
