Job summary
Cloudflare in Washington DC seeks a Customer Engineer to own the technical relationship from discovery through expansion, partnering with Account Executives to map initiatives to Cloudflare solutions and deliver compelling demos.
You will lead PoCs, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews, using AI-augmented workflows to increase time-to-value while advocating for customers and driving measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role with discovery and architecture delivery.
- Translate business needs into Cloudflare solutions with demonstrable PoCs.
- Strong communication for senior stakeholder engagements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map customer initiatives to Cloudflare solutions.
- Build relationships with technical champions inside accounts.
- Develop and present customer presentations at Enterprise level.
- Lead demo and PoC activities for prospects and customers.
- Share expertise via white papers, blog posts and knowledge sharing.
- Represent Cloudflare at events with thought leadership.
- Apply domain expertise to advise best practices.
