Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategy, owning the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion.

You will be a quota-carrying technologist, delivering architecture designs, demos and PoCs, and leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil while advising customers at the executive level. Collaborate with account teams to align with product roadmap and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics knowledge and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the long-term technical relationship and align with the product roadmap.
• Carry a quota and drive account growth, including cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory work.
