• Typically 8–12 years in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Experience in value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive multi-threaded buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process from discovery to close.
• Translate business priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value propositions.
• Coordinate across business, technology, security, finance, procurement and leadership.
• Own deal progression, negotiation within guardrails, and protect customer value.
