Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering experience.
• Proven success navigating complex Enterprise sales cycles with multi-month engagements, PoCs, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success selling into Enterprise organizations ($1B+ in revenue), with quota attainment.
• Willingness to travel; must reside in the New York metro area.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers and penetrating top-tier technology and innovation accounts.
• Expand AI and automation adoption; cross-sell and upsell Zendesk’s solutions to improve customer outcomes and profitability.
• Create quarterly territory and account plans with strategies to increase Zendesk’s market share in the region.
• Develop deep understanding of Zendesk’s AI and CX platform and align it to customers’ business objectives.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with PoC stages and AI-enabled solution design.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting to exceed revenue goals.
• Build and sustain C-level relationships, positioning Zendesk as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate across Leadership, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with ROI-focused business cases.
• Stay current with AI trends and competitive landscapes to position Zendesk effectively.
