Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management, able to bridge technical details with C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and create bespoke architectures with PoCs.
• Onboard and drive technical health, risk reviews, and expansion strategies for customers.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth, with quarterly business reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and leverage AI-augmented workflows.
