Job summary

American Unit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for enterprise workflows using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.

This client-facing role requires hands-on experience with integration, AI orchestration, and Agile delivery. You will partner with customers, product teams, and engineering to translate AI opportunities into production-ready solutions, optimize multi-agent workflows, and ensure secure, scalable deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with RAG and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Expertise with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Apex development and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment automation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Partner with customers, product teams, and engineering to deliver solutions.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into production-ready implementations.
• Develop RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration strategies.
• Configure Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Einstein AI for clients.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via APIs.
• Leverage LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks for enterprise solutions.
• Deliver solution workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Monitor agent performance, security, and adoption; iteratively improve.
