Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will connect AI agents to Salesforce Data Cloud, ERP systems, and cloud warehouses, writing production code and guiding multi-agent workflows from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with production AI or data systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex.
• Deep experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines and vector stores.
• Experience with API design (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
